历史沿革[edit]
明代这里属十五都。1969年，东平乡设立鸿安大队；1984年，村名改为东平镇鸿安村。[4]
名胜古迹[edit]
黄龙总兵祠为清代建筑，属县级文物保护单位。[3]
经济[edit]
村里种植水稻、蔬菜和芦柑，并有葡萄种植基地。[1]
村内发展有鸿安芋面线这一特色产业。[4]
2004年度，村获评「水利建设工作先进单位」，同时获「民兵整组先进单位」称号。[1]
2007年，村党支部委员会获「五个好」村党组织称号。[1]
