南石村隶属福建省泉州市永春县岵山镇，位于镇域东南部，南面与南安市交界，省道206线穿境而过。[1]
地名与沿革[edit]
村中一块大石上刻有“南无阿弥陀佛”六字，村名由此而来。[1][2]
公社化的1958年此地设南石大队；“文化大革命”期间一度称前进大队，1980年复称岵山镇南石村，村里设南石村委会。[1][2]
