沿革[edit]
1949年前这里属铺下保，之后归岵山乡。1958年公社化时期另设了铺下大队，1984年改为岵山镇铺下村，并设立村委会。[1]
文化与古迹[edit]
南山陈氏宗祠建于明代，为县级文物保护单位。永春世德堂为民国建筑，同属县级文物保护单位。[1][2]
荣誉[edit]
2013年8月列入第二批中国传统村落名录。2020年12月入选2019年度福建省「一村一品」示范村名单（老醋）；2021年12月，村获「泉州市2019-2021年度市级一村一品专业村」的称号，主导产业为老醋；2022年10月被认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」；2022年11月列入泉州市「绿盈乡村」名单（中级版）；2024年6月入选「福建省第四批高级版绿盈乡村」名单；2025年11月被认定为「福建省第二批省级乡村振兴示范村」。[1][3][4]
