历史沿革[edit]
民国以前，此地称蓬莱巷，归民康乡常里的二十二都管辖。1934年推行保甲时，先归第一区，后划入吾峰乡的蓬莱巷保；1945年改为吾顶保，此后“吾顶”便成为此地的通称。[2]
新中国成立后，村地先属第三区吾顶乡，后归第八区（第十一区）吾顶乡。1958年改为吾顶大队，1961年析为吾顶、梅林、培民三个大队，1984年改称吾顶村。[2]
著名人物[edit]
梁披云（1907—2010）原名梁龙光，生于吾峰镇蓬莱巷，今属吾顶村。梁灵光（1916—2006）也出生于吾顶村一带。[5][6]
荣誉[edit]
2019年，吾顶村被列为福建省乡村振兴试点村；2020年底，村子获评泉州市中级版「绿盈乡村」；2021年12月，被命名为2021年度福建省森林村庄。[1][7]
