蓬莱村位于达埔镇西北，距镇政府驻地约5公里，北面与蓬壶镇交界[2]。村名与明初尤氏有关：明洪武十四年（1382年），尤存忠在军中被派去守卫「蓬莱」，村名先作「驸莱」以纪念尤氏始祖，后改称蓬莱[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

此地宋至清代隶属八都。解放前是达西实验乡的一个保，名蓬莱保；新中国成立后先后归第七区与蓬壶区的延清乡管辖。1958年公社化时定为蓬莱大队，1984年10月起为蓬莱村民委员会[2]。

村下辖7个自然村，共9个村民小组[2]。

经济[edit]

2022年11月，蓬莱村被确定为2022年泉州市中级版「绿盈乡村」；2024年6月，又入选福建省第四批高级版绿盈乡村名单[1]。
