光烈村位于达埔镇，三面依山，北面临桃溪[1][2]。村名来自天马蔡山上南宋进士蔡兹（字光烈）的墓，1946年当地即以“光烈”作保名[1][2]。1984年公社解体后设光烈村，村域面积约10平方千米[2][3]。

历史沿革[edit]

光烈古称旸谷，明清至民国属里仁乡旸谷里。1946年改称光烈保，1949年设光烈乡，1958年冬组成光烈乡，1959年改设光烈大队；1984年公社解体后设光烈村[2][3]。

地理环境[edit]

村庄位于舟山岩山与天马山白岩尖之间，一条水泥公路横穿全村，与外部道路相接[2]。

经济[edit]

2020年12月，光烈村被认定为泉州市中级版「绿盈乡村」[1]。

名胜古迹[edit]

光烈映月堂建成于清代，坐南朝北，面积约176平方米；其布局为正厅配左右厢房，屋顶为悬山顶、燕尾脊。堂内留有元至正元年（1341年）的莲花状石香炉，以及清道光二十七年（1847年）的木质阴刻杯诗牌，为县级文物保护单位[4]。
