涂山村为永春县下洋镇的一个行政村，北边与大田县接壤，泉三高速与省道三郊线贯穿全村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村名的由来，据博雅地名网所载，是村中以涂姓族人为主要聚居者，且多山地。[1]
民国年间，这里以涂山保为名。新中国成立后，它归入永春县一都区的涂山乡。1958年9月起隶属一都人民公社下的涂山大队，此后一都公社中另分出曲斗人民公社。1984年10月，本地改设为下洋镇所属的村民委员会。[1]
地理环境[edit]
村子多山地，森林覆盖率在七成以上，林业资源丰富，木材以杉、松、竹为主，茶与果树也有一定种植面积。[1][2]
泉三高速与省道三郊线穿过全村，村中另有一条通往大田县济阳乡的公路支线。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
村内爱文街的中碧照园里有涂良愈烈士墓，镇内中小学以此作为德育教育基地。[2]
