丰山村位于县城东北，地处玳瑁山下，距县城约3公里，东邻洛阳村，北靠上沙村。[1]

村名的来历是一片荒山，明代嘉靖年间有先祖迁来开垦，地力既成，居民生活渐好，遂改称丰山。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

明嘉靖年间已有先祖居于丰山，此后数代辗转迁徙，至第五代才定居于现在的丰山村。[3]

1951年至1955年为互助组，1956年为初级社，1957年为高级社；1959年并入管理区，1961年分设大队，1970年改称丰山革委会，1984年10月起称村委会。[3]

经济[edit]

村民以种植芦柑和饲养生猪为主，芦柑种植与生猪饲养是本村的特色产业。[1]

文化[edit]

司法部与民政部在2015年3月授予丰山村「第六批全国民主法治示范村（社区）」的表彰。[1]

2020年12月，丰山村被认定为2020年泉州市中级版「绿盈乡村」。[1]

著名人物[edit]

新加坡侨领陈金声，祖籍为昭善里丰山（博雅地名网记为今桃城镇丰山村）。[4]
