地名由来[edit]
历史沿革[edit]
南宋时，张氏先祖在此开基，地名为凤岛。元代此地属金田乡还集里的凤岛坊，称小到；明清时期改属金田乡还一里的凤岛坊，名称仍为小到。民国时归福珊乡的华地堡，仍称小到。[1][3]
1961年起，此地设为祥华公社的小道大队。到1984年4月，村子转为祥华乡管辖下的村民委员会。[1][3]
荣誉[edit]
2022年10月，村子获「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」的认定。[1]
