湖坂村位于安溪县蓝田乡南部，与尚卿乡相连。据博雅地名网所载，村中江姓是安溪县内唯一的江姓自然村[1]。
地名[edit]
关于村名，一说因村落位于山坡，四面山水汇聚，形似湖泊，故称湖坂。另一说，相传元代有范姓人家在此放鸭，并筑起草堂供奉关圣帝君。后来江怡则接管草堂并重新翻建，命名为湖苑寨；因“苑”的俗称与“坂”相近，乡人遂通称为湖坂[1]。
沿革[edit]
元代，江氏先人江怡则由同安迁入，始建桥仔头祖祠居住[1]。民国时此地归蓝进乡华岭保管辖。解放后改由长坑区的蓝田公社管理，其间一度隶属长坑公社的蓝田点[1]。博雅地名网的历史沿革记为1986年自原大队拆出，编为蓝田乡湖坂村委会；其概况部分则记为1992年后编为蓝田乡湖坂村，两说并录[1]。
荣誉[edit]
2020年12月，本村被认定为「2020年泉州市中级版“绿盈乡村”」[1]。2022年1月，本村被认定为「安溪县2020-2021年度文明村镇」[1]。
