连祠村位于龙涓乡西南部，距乡政府15公里，原称连畲，因陈、黄两姓的宗祠相邻，改称连祠。[1]

地理环境[edit]

境内地势西北高、东南低，海拔400至600米，东与龙房、半林两村接壤。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时期此地为龙涓里庄奏乡，民国时属龙涓乡庄山保的连祠乡。新中国成立初期仍属龙涓乡，之后归庄山乡；1952年划入第九区的庄灶乡，1958年11月编入龙涓人民公社。[1]

1961年成立连祠大队，隶属龙涓区公社；1965年改属龙涓公社，1984年设连祠村委会。[1]

人口民族[edit]

村内多数为陈姓，村民以农为主，兼营其它种植业。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2020年12月，连祠村入选泉州市中级版「绿盈乡村」名单。[1]
