鹤林村位于龙涓镇境内，东部有一座山形似鹤，称白鹤山，山腰林木茂盛，村名因此而来，别称后林、厚林。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

鹤林始建于明朝洪武时期。明初，张子遂、张子廷兄弟由漳州的长太瀛山来到安溪，定居鹤林。[1]

中华人民共和国成立前，此地归一个乡管辖；人民公社时期隶属另一村的大队；1991年5月独立设村。[1]

荣誉[edit]

福建省爱国卫生运动委员会于2022年12月，命名鹤林村为「2022年福建省卫生村」。2022年1月，鹤林村被认定为「安溪县2020-2021年度文明村镇」。[1]
