历史沿革[edit]
明清时期此地属积德乡龙涓里。民国时期划入龙涓乡的福山保，新中国成立后先隶属第九区。[1]
1958年成为龙涓公社的一个大队。1961年，村内一部分从原大队分出，独立设福昌大队；1965年后仍属龙涓公社，1984年改设福昌村。[1]
