龙涓乡位于安溪县西南部，与华安、长泰两县接壤。2025年1月撤乡设镇，改称龙涓镇，驻地与辖区界线未变。[1][5][6]

历史沿革[edit]

清溪县设立以前，这一带称小溪场。清溪县时期它归积德乡管辖，分为龙涓里与崇信里两部分。[2][4]

民国初年两里仍沿旧制，隶属新崇龙区。1930年龙涓、举溪、崇信三乡设立，编入崇新区；1945年区署取消，乡改由县直接管辖。[4]

1950年此地设为第八区，区内有龙涓与宝溪两乡。1958年设立龙涓公社；1984年7月公社体制改回乡政府，名为龙涓乡人民政府。[1][4]

2025年1月12日，省里批准撤销龙涓乡、改设龙涓镇，驻地与辖区界线维持原状。同年2月17日，龙涓镇的授牌授印仪式在县里举行。[1]

地理环境[edit]

东面与虎邱镇、西坪镇为邻，北面是芦田镇与祥华乡，南面与长泰区的枋洋、岩溪两镇接壤，西面与华安县的仙都、新圩两镇交界。全乡面积为372.96平方千米，约占全县的八分之一，是全县最大的乡镇。[1]

全境西部高、东部低，北部高、南部低，山势连绵，多数山地海拔在600至700米之间。气候属亚热带海洋性季风类型，年均气温约17℃，全年降水约1800毫米，无霜期264天，每年日照约1857小时。冰雹、旱涝、风灾、霜冻和雷击是主要灾害。[1]

地下矿藏包括花岗岩、高岭土、水晶，以及煤、铁、钼、铅锌和多金属矿。吉山的高岭土质地优良、储量可观，西兴湖山的铁矿储量丰富。[1]

河流以龙涓溪、举溪溪为主，龙涓一带是九龙江的水源之一。截至2024年底，境内水力发电站共40座，总装机3.42万千瓦。林地面积约32万亩，森林覆盖率为56.31%，蓄积量13.98万立方米，半林国有林场即在境内。[1]

经济[edit]

农业、茶叶、外出务工与经商是龙涓人的主要生计。2024年底全乡耕地为23671.84亩，茶园达15.6万亩，约三成耕地用来种水稻。[1]

境内设有下洋、三乡和举溪三个圩场。红粬酒、大饼、贡糖、米粉和红粬米粉是政府着力培育的地方品牌。[1]

文化[edit]

龙涓是安溪的重点侨乡之一，旅居海外的乡亲主要分布在印尼、马来西亚、新加坡、美国和台湾等国家和地区，不少侨胞曾为家乡公益事业捐资。[3]

龙涓溪源于吉山村北侧和尚山的南麓，流过境内11个村落，在里口与庄灶溪汇合，流入长泰县坂里乡高层村，最终汇入九龙江北溪干流，“龙涓”之名即取自这条涓涓细流。[1]

2007年7月，时任县委书记在文章《可贵的龙涓精神》中提出「龙涓精神」，号召全县学习。[1]

荣誉[edit]

环境保护部于2011年4月把「2011年度国家级生态乡镇」的称号授予龙涓镇。2020年12月，龙涓镇经福建省爱卫办命名为「福建省卫生乡镇」。2021年2月，龙涓镇位列「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

境内有护国岩、仙景石钟山等自然景观，另有若干茶庄园，其中华祥苑、中闽魏氏、高鼎和正香见于政府网站的介绍。[1]

属县级文物保护单位的有：宝都村的辉斗楼、庄灶下尾林窑址、中共庄灶支部旧址（庄夏堂）和庄山民防联保旧址（厚安堂）。[2]
