徐州村位于尚卿乡北部，南宋嘉泰年间徐氏先人迁居于此，村名因徐氏聚居而得。[1]

名称与沿革[edit]

南宋嘉泰年间（1201年至1204年），徐氏九世孙绵初（号二郎）自莆田迁居泉州后城，后又迁入本地，因徐氏聚居而得名。[1]

1971年，此地设立徐州林场。1984年设村委会。1997年，林场改制，山林全部交由社会承包，此后林场代行村委会职能。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2020年12月，本村入选「2020年福建省森林村庄」名单；2022年1月，列入安溪县2020至2021年度「文明村镇」名单；2021年10月、2022年10月，先后入选淘宝村名单。[1]
