飞亚村是福建省泉州市安溪县湖上乡下辖的行政村，在乡政府驻地东北约7.7公里处，村域面积15平方千米，辖5个自然村[1][3]。

地名由来[edit]

村名原作「飞鸦口」，又称「飞鸦外」。清朝以前这一带是原始森林，野兽与鸟类多，春暖时节树梢上乌鸦尤其多，故名飞鸦口[1][3]。1961年，此地划归湖头人民公社，因「飞鸦口」字面不雅，「鸦」又与「亚」谐音，遂改为飞亚[1][3]。

据博雅地名网的村庄概况，村名还与一座宫庙的传说相关：传说建宫时迁去一座祖墓，墓中飞出乌鸦，宫名与村名都因此改换[2]。

1949年时与邻村同属一个大队；1961年分出，另设飞亚大队；1984年划归湖上乡管辖[1]。

人口与生计[edit]

博雅地名网载共有人口1400多人，分居于土楼、福卿、岭脚、当埔四处自然角落，设17个村民小组[1]。百度百科载户籍人口约1400人，未注明年份[3]。村民主要姓李、林、卢、陈，茶叶是支柱产业[1]。
