格头村是福建省泉州市安溪县湖上乡下辖的行政村，1982年6月由原先合并的两处地方分出，另立村名[1]。

地名与沿革[edit]

此前，武曲、下寨两处曾合并为一个村，1982年6月拆分出来，另取村名格头[1]。

早年属修仁乡来苏里，民国时划为八社乡沙上保一带，1952年归第十二区；1958年湖头公社设一个大队，1984年改属湖头乡，1987年由湖头乡分出，设湖上乡格头村委会[1]。
