沿革[edit]
1949年归剑斗十二区。1958年至1960年间划给邻近公社，之后1961年至1984年并入湖头人民公社，自1984年起属湖上乡[1]。
位置与地理[edit]
村子在县境中北部，是安溪县内外两片地区的分水处，地处戴云山脉的延伸带，平均海拔670米[1][2]。全村面积20平方千米，村中的自然角落有高边桥、大坑、旗头尾、龛脚和中心点等[1][2]。
人口[edit]
以2021年为基期，百度百科记村中户籍人口为3407人，规划目标年预计增至3693人[2]。博雅地名网载全村共有二十三个村民小组[1]。
荣誉[edit]
2020年12月，湖上村入选「2020年福建省森林村庄」名单[1]。福建省农业农村厅于2022年10月认定湖上村为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」[1][2]。2022年1月，湖上村被认定为「安溪县2020-2021年度文明村镇」[1]。
