地名由来[edit]
村域由数条山脉连接而成，远望形似蛟龙，故名龙地。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
宋代已设此地，明代属积德乡崇信里。新中国成立后归西坪人民公社的龙地大队所辖。1982年9月，本村从中独立出来；1984年起属西坪乡龙地村民委员会，1992年8月后改由西坪镇龙地村委会管理。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2020年2月，本村列入「福建省第三批省级传统村落」名单。[1]
2022年1月，本村被认定为「安溪县2020-2021年度文明村镇」。[1]
