柏叶村是西坪镇辖下的行政村，村以柏叶山得名，村内分为8个自然角落。[1]
地名由来[edit]
相传南宋淳祐十年（1250年），大田县梓溪一带的林姓先人林常春到此打猎，日暮时宿于柏树下，梦见白头翁赠以诗句，于是定居于此，以柏树为号，称柏叶山，村以山名。[1]

村内分后尾坑、廖内、顶兴、前廖、西洋格、西腰、加走林、赤土崙八个自然角落，设19个村民小组。[1]

2022年1月，本村被认定为「安溪县2020-2021年度文明村镇」。[1]
