百福村是西坪镇辖下的行政村，原称百尺。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村初称「百尺」，后改用今名，村名由两个旧地名各取一字组合而成。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时期此地属积德乡崇信里。中华人民共和国成立后，1952年划入第八区，1958年归西坪公社。1961年8月，从原大队析出，单独建立百福大队；此后，1984年，此地的村级组织更名为西坪乡百福村委会。[1]

村域面积约7.44平方千米，其中耕地不多，山林地占大部分。[1]
