佛仔格村位于魁斗镇北部，在镇政府驻地以北约3公里处，海拔185米。村委会设在鼓顶，辖6个自然村。[1]

村内保存有中共安溪中心县委旧址，是安溪县的革命遗迹之一，1985年被公布为县级文物保护单位。[2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

清代此地称英厝垅乡（吴厝垅）。因村子两峡一溪，原名溪山。1989年6月，溪山村更名为佛仔格村。[1][3]

革命历史[edit]

1932年11月，中共安溪中心县委在佛仔格村中新厝成立，此后统领安溪、南安、永春、德化四县的党务与武装斗争。[3][4]

1993年，县委与县政府为革命活动的组织者郭节烈士立碑。1999年9月，经县委批准，中新厝改作「革命历史陈列馆」，并被定为「青少年爱国主义传统教育基地」。[4]

2005年，泉州市旅游主管部门把本村列为红色旅游的主要线路之一。2010年9月，本村被确定为福建省党史教育基地。[4][1]

地理环境[edit]

石竹溪边有一处天然地热，水温约80℃，人们利用地热沐浴健身。[4]

人口民族[edit]

村民以郭、柯、易、吕四姓为主。早年有人迁居台湾等地，也有人侨居东南亚。[2]

文化[edit]

2022年10月，省农业农村厅认定本村为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。2022年1月，本村获认定为「安溪县2020-2021年度文明村镇」。[2]
