霞春村位于感德镇驻地东北3.3公里，石门尖山麓，海拔394米，别称下村。[1][2]

村庄因位于感德溪下游而称“下村”，雅化为“霞川”，再谐音写作霞春。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时期属金田乡感德里；民国三十五年（1946年）此地为乐德乡下的霞春保；1952年起归第十三区的霞春乡。[1]

1958年设感德公社霞春大队；1979年自霞春大队分出，仍保留原名；1984年起设感德乡霞春村委会。[1]
