炉地村位于感德镇西北部，属革命老区村，全村面积约1.6万亩。[1]

村名的来历有两种说法：一说古时此地设炉炼铁，故名炉地；另一说福春平水宫曾飞来一只香炉。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清代此地属安溪县金田乡感德里。1981年前它是感德公社的一个大队；1981年析出为炉地大队，1984年改称炉地村。[1]

炉地村于2022年1月获得安溪县2020至2021年度文明村镇的称号。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村中的14个村民小组分布于亚口、西坑、领富、炉地四个自然角落。[1]

竹林约26.8公顷，生态林则为169.2公顷，山林总计约1066.7公顷，另有茶园47公顷、耕地35公顷。镇办福德林场设于村内。[1]
