三洋村是芦田镇下辖的行政村，位于紫云山西麓，村内有三洋街，宝峰岩为该村的古建筑。[1][2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

村名原作“三杨”。据博雅地名网，唐咸通十年（869年）进士杨明珠一族的后人在此立基，因祖孙三代开发闽地而取名三杨，后音转为三洋。[1]

明清两代，这里属崇信里的三洋乡；民国年间归西洋镇辖下的三洋保。1958年，此地归西坪公社的三洋大队；1965年4月，区与小公社的建制撤销，仍归西坪公社三洋大队。[1]

1973年，三洋大队被西坪公社划给芦田茶场管理。1984年8月，茶场区域组建为乡级政府，本村大队改称三洋，划入芦田乡；1991年乡改为镇，三洋村归芦田镇管。[1]

经济[edit]

博雅地名网与百度百科都称三洋村为梅占茶的发源地。[1][2]

2021年12月，三洋村入选福建省「一村一品」示范村（梅占）；同月还列入泉州市市级「一村一品」专业村（2019至2021年度）名单，主导产业为茶叶。[1]

文化[edit]

三洋街位于村内。1978年旧圩场改造后延长扩建，设置农贸市场；2000年再度扩建延伸，街道两侧有100多家店铺。[3]

三洋村获认定为安溪县文明村镇，时间为2022年1月，认定范围为2020至2021年度。另在2020年12月，本村入选泉州市中级版「绿盈乡村」。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

宝峰岩位于村内。据2023年芦田镇人民政府的申报材料，其后落主体为宋、明两代的建筑遗存，外埕西南侧两棵古树亦为宋代所植。建筑坐东北朝西南，属闽南常见的五间张格局，两侧各附一组护龙。[4]

2023年6月，芦田镇人民政府报请县政府，把宝峰岩纳入「第九批县级文物保护单位」的评定。[4]
