历史沿革[edit]
据百度百科，刘氏先人四十三郎约在906年前后自宁化迁至此地，在桥头堡一带落户，此地遂被称为皇都。[2]
明洪武八年（1375年）村地入籍龙涓里，称黄肚乡；清代沿称洪都乡。[1]
1965年12月，龙涓公社下的鸿都大队改归芦田茶场。1984年8月，茶场设立乡级政府，大队随即改为村委会；1991年乡改为镇，村委会改由镇政府领导。[3]
