地名由来[edit]
古时科举取士之所称「科名」，分为两翼，一翼名尚卿，另一翼名少卿，少卿村因此得名。[1][2]
历史沿革[edit]
中华人民共和国成立前，此地归兴一里洋山点管辖，称兴一里。新中国成立后改称少卿大队。[1][2]
村址东南较高、西北较低，南北两山对峙，中间形成一道深沟。因书写方便，村名一度被写作少坑，1996年恢复为少卿村。[1][2]
荣誉[edit]
2020年12月，村里被认定为「2020年泉州市中级版“绿盈乡村”」。[1]
