地名由来[edit]
村名取自村子依山而建、山清水秀的景致，村中的林氏先祖林文养由柏叶迁入开辟此地时，见山水如仙境，便取名仙景。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
宋代中期，此地已有人居住。明清两代，这一带属新康里，到民国改属虎邱乡的金榜保。解放前夕，本地在西坪区金榜乡的仙林保；解放初改由第七区（西坪）管理。[2]
1958年，此地归并到西坪人民公社的金榜生产大队。1961年初独立设置，称西坪区仙景大队；1964年底又划归虎邱公社。1984年起，为虎邱乡（后改镇）仙景村委会。[2]
地理环境[edit]
村子位于县境南部，清溪南北贯穿村庄，三座桥将东西两岸连通。全村面积约4平方公里。四邻分别是：东边为官桥镇石岩村，西边为西坪镇柏叶柏溪村，北面紧接本镇福井村，南面紧挨金榜村。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
村内的瑞和古厝群与善苑楼，建成已有百余年，设计讲究，有防雨的柏叶窗与通风的柳丝窗，现已作为农家园开放游览。[2]
文化[edit]
太祖拳在清朝时传入仙景村，是镇内流传的民间拳术之一。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2022年1月，村里被认定为「安溪县2020-2021年度文明村镇」。[2]
