美卿村是安溪县龙门镇的行政村，海拔174米，地处镇政府驻地东北约2.6公里，靠近双架尖山西坡。村地旧名“塘美”，因地形似塘而得名；别称“坑内”，因村中有一条穿村山涧。村内辖18个自然村，村民以白姓为主，是侨乡。[1][2]
历史沿革[edit]
明清时期属依仁里，1946年前后称美卿保，1958年设美卿大队，1984年改为村委会。[1][2]
荣誉[edit]
2020年12月，村庄被认定为「2020年泉州市中级版绿盈乡村」。[1]
