洋中村位于金谷镇，原名完小村，1993年建立新村址时改为现名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1941至1949年间，村中设有东北区中心国民学校；1950年改为东溪完全小学，简称完小学校，村名由此称作完小。1981年，原东洋大队拆分为东洋、深洋、完小三个大队（村）。1993年，完小村建立新村址，改称洋中村。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2022年1月，洋中村被认定为「安溪县2020-2021年度文明村镇」。[1]
