墩坂村地处城厢镇最南端，与南安一带相接，英溪是两地的分界。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村名最初称坂洋，英溪东侧属南安，西侧属安溪。后各取墩顶、坂顶一字，定名墩坂。[1]

明清时期属长泰里。民国时期（1946年）归泰安乡墩坂保，1952年并入第一区墩坂乡。1958年起属城关公社，设墩坂大队；1965年改属城厢公社，1984年设墩坂村委会。[1][3]
