砖文村位于城厢镇东侧，辖有多个自然村。村民以谢姓为主，兼有石、邓等姓，村中特产油柿。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

村名取自民国时期的砖宅保和大文保，各取一字合成。清朝以前，村地属永安里。[1][2]

中华人民共和国成立后先称砖文大队，1964年一度析为两个大队。此后又合为一个砖文大队，至1984年方设村委会。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

村中谢氏宗祠为明代古建筑，福美宫为清代古建筑，两者均列为县级文物保护单位。福美宫每年正月有春巡进香的民俗，其分庙远至台湾、金门等地。[3][4][2]

后刈自然村的灵庆堂始建于南宋，供奉清水祖师。清乾隆四十五年（1780年）重建，1981年于原址重建，2004年当地群众集资，将佛堂抬高后在原址重建。[5]

经济[edit]

2020年、2021年和2022年，砖文村三次入选淘宝村名单。[1]

文化[edit]

2022年1月，村被认定为「安溪县2020-2021年度文明村镇」。[1]
