月星村位于福建省泉州市安溪县剑斗镇，是镇内的一个行政村，村委会设于祖厝，下辖5个自然村，村民以王姓为主。别名刘地、由义。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村域位于剑斗镇政府驻地以南约16公里处，海拔830米。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的一说源于王氏宗祠所在地的「月牵星形」。[1]

明清时期归金田乡常乐里管辖；民国35年改属乐德乡的月星保；1952年并入第十二区的义北乡；1958年设立剑斗公社下的月星大队。[2]
