石岩村属福建省泉州市安溪县官桥镇。村子由岩前、石船两地合并而成，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时，石岩一带属泉州府安邑积德乡的新里赤岭乡，民国期间归赤岭保。新中国成立后，本地设石岩乡，隶属第五区。1958年成立石岩大队，1961年改称石岩公社，1965年又归官桥公社的石岩大队。1979年分成石岩与石林两个大队，1984年起为官桥镇石岩村委会。[1]
