草坂村位于福建省泉州市安溪县官桥镇的镇中心区。村子原称草苑，因绿草遍地得名；后因方言中「苑」「坂」读音相近，改称草坂。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
此地在明清属新溪里的五里埔乡，民国时则是官溪镇五里保中的五里埔。建国后，于五岭乡之内另设草坂选区。1958年并入官桥公社的五里大队，1961年划为吾都公社的草坂大队，1965年回归官桥公社，仍称草坂大队。1984年起为官桥镇草坂村委会。[1]
