云林村位于湖头镇。村子原名「勤仔埔」，清代称「云岭埔」。后因山上遍植林木，山顶常有云雾缭绕，遂改称云林。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时期此地归修仁乡来苏里。1946年（民国35年）属清溪镇。1984年改为湖头乡云林村。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2022年1月，村被认定为「安溪县2020-2021年度文明村镇」。[1]
