福寿村位于湖头镇。村子古称「虎岫」，后以「福寿」为名，寄寓福寿安康之意。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村子始建于南宋时期。明清时属感化里；1946年（民国35年）隶属清溪镇福溪保，1952年归第四区福溪乡。1961年设湖头公社福寿大队；1984年起称湖头镇福寿村，并设村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2020年12月，村入选2020年度福建省「一村一品」示范村，产品为湖头米粉。湖头米粉为村内主导产业，村于2021年12月获评泉州市市级「一村一品」专业村（乡镇），评选年度为2019至2021年。2022年1月，村被认定为「安溪县2020-2021年度文明村镇」。[1]
