半岭村位于湖头镇五阆山右下侧的半山腰，村名因地形而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1705年，李氏宗族迁入此地建居，十年后苏氏宗族迁入，其后其他姓氏陆续迁入。1984年改为半岭村，设村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2022年1月，村被认定为「安溪县2020-2021年度文明村镇」。2024年10月，村被确定为泉州市2023年度市级「一村一品」专业村，主导产业为香蕉。[1]
