寮海村位于蓬莱镇西北部，距镇政府约16千米、距县城约30千米，村民以王、胡、郑、黄、朱姓为主。[2]
地名与沿革[edit]
村名由两处迁入地各取一字而成。[3]
此地明清时归金田乡兴二里，民国后隶属蓬莱乡新林保，1952年并入第三区新林乡。1958年划归蓬莱公社的一个大队，1961年分出设寮海大队，1984年定名寮海村。[4]
经济[edit]
村中以种植茶叶及茶叶加工为主，有耕地、茶园和山地若干。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2022年1月，村庄被认定为「安溪县2020—2021年度文明村镇」。[1]
