鹤前村位于蓬莱镇政府驻地东南约2千米的山坡地，海拔76米，村南的蓬莱山上有清水岩寺。[2][4]

地名与沿革[edit]

村子座落在山前，地形像仙鹤展翅，村名因此而来。[3]

明清时属修仁乡崇善里，1965年单独设立鹤前大队，1984年改为村委会建制。[2]

清水岩[edit]

村南蓬莱山上的清水岩寺，县政府网站称其在县城西北约24千米处，为福建省重点文物保护单位，同时是省级名胜风景区。[5][4]

寺院的创建可上溯到北宋元丰六年（1083年），主体建筑呈「帝」字形。[2][5]

荣誉[edit]

2020年2月，村庄入选福建省第三批省级传统村落名单。2024年11月，被认定为福建省2024年度「一村一品」专业村，主导产业为荔枝。[1]
