美法村是福建省泉州市安溪县凤城镇下辖的行政村，位于县城西郊，辖区面积约5.8平方千米。[2]

村名原作「教场尾」，靠近北石（又称法石），便各取一字，称作「尾法」，后谐音写为美法。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时期此地属永安里，民国时期设美法保。1952年划入二区，隶同美乡，1955年改设美法乡。[3]

1958年归城关公社管辖，设美法大队；1961年转入城厢公社，仍为美法大队。1980年并入城关镇，1981年11月起隶属凤城镇。[3][4]

人口民族[edit]

户籍人口3603人（2023年）。侨亲约有1000余人，外来人口5000余人。[2]

村民以陈、李、刘三姓为主。[2]

经济[edit]

20世纪90年代建成美法工业区，引入藤铁工艺、纸品等企业，是村内经济的核心。[2][4]

荣誉[edit]

2020年9月、2021年10月和2022年10月，美法村先后被阿里研究院公布的淘宝村名单收录。2022年1月，美法村被认定为「安溪县2020-2021年度文明村镇」。[1]
