凤城镇是福建省泉州市安溪县的镇，也是安溪县人民政府驻地，位于县境东南部，处在晋江西溪上游一带。[1][4]

镇名取自城北凤冠山形似凤凰展翼的景象。自五代后周显德二年（955年）设县以来，凤城一直是安溪县的治所，为全县的政治、经济与文化中心。[1][2]

镇域面积13.26平方千米，辖25个社区居委会和美法、吾都、上山3个行政村。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

宋、元时期此地属归善乡永安里，明、清时期属归善乡在坊里。民国时期分属县城区与城苑镇。[2][6]

新中国成立后，这里先后归龙城区、第一区和城关区管辖。1958年，此地划入城关人民公社。1965年4月设城关镇，三年后并入城厢人民公社。[2]

1980年8月重新设镇，1981年11月改名凤城镇。1995年后随城区扩大，镇域面积由约0.8平方千米扩至13.26平方千米。[2][6]

凤城镇辖25个社区居委会和3个行政村，村为美法村、吾都村与上山村。[1] 2008年时镇辖16个社区居委会，2009年增设湖滨、文昌、登科、城东4个社区，2012年有20个社区，2021年增至25个。[6]

地理环境[edit]

此地为亚热带季风气候，四季较为分明，年均降水量约1600毫米。[3] 镇内林地约581.36公顷，森林覆盖率为42.26%。[1]

人口民族[edit]

2024年户籍人口为70993人。[3] 镇政府网站概况页载常住人口约17.9万人，该页未注明年份。[1]

经济[edit]

镇内设有闽商投资区，并有美法、吾都、上山等几处工业园区。主要产业涉及商贸物流、电子商务与藤铁工艺等。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

安溪文庙俗称孔庙，位于南街社区一带。北宋咸平四年（1001年）始建，现存建筑系清代康熙二十五年（1686年）重建，1898年又经重修。2006年5月25日，它被列为「第六批全国重点文物保护单位」。[8]

东岳寺原名东岳行宫，位于凤山北麓。镇政府网站称寺始建于南宋绍兴三十二年（1162年）；博雅地名网则说始建年代无考，1162年为重建。[1][5] 寺内保留的主体建物多建于清代康熙、乾隆年间。[1]

凤山风景旅游区位于县城西北面，包括茶叶大观园、东岳寺、城隍庙等部分，为国家3A级旅游区。[10][1]

安溪城隍庙始建于五代后周显德三年（956年），1988年被列为安溪县第二批文物保护单位。[2][9] 1990年，新加坡华侨陈美英发起募捐，在东岳寺近旁另建新庙，1992年前后基本建成。[2]

安溪雁塔建于明万历二十五年（1597年），以条石砌成，共五层，位于河滨北路一带。1985年被列为安溪县第一批文物保护单位。[1][2]

唐代的黄纲墓是镇内的古墓葬，列为县级文物保护单位。[5][4]

廖公祠最初为纪念唐大顺年间驻守小溪场的长官廖俨而设，位于凤山南麓东岳寺西侧，现称廖长官纪念馆。清乾隆年间曾经重修，后一度圮废；1994年主祠落成。2002年列为县级文物保护单位。[11]

镇内另有开先县令詹敦仁纪念馆。[1][4]

安溪县革命烈士纪念碑位于凤冠山上，属县级烈士纪念设施。[12]

南宋时期，蒲、金两姓阿拉伯裔人家在此侨居，遗址列为县级文物保护单位。[2][13]

维基百科列出了南宋印书局旧址，未见其单独条目。[4]

文化[edit]

凤城每逢春节、元宵与城隍春巡等节庆，常有大型踩街文艺活动。[2]

荣誉与认定[edit]

2012年12月，凤城镇获环境保护部颁授「2010—2011年度国家级生态乡镇」称号。2020年12月，凤城镇被福建省爱卫办评定为「福建省卫生乡镇」。2021年2月，凤城镇入选「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单。[7]

阿里研究院公布的2020年、2021年和2022年淘宝镇名单上均有凤城镇。[7]
