吹楼村是辋川镇下辖的行政村，位于峰南村的东侧。[1]村名由吹陈、吹杨、楼下三个自然村各取一字而来。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村名由吹陈、吹杨、楼下三个自然村合取名字而来。“吹”字有唤起之意，寄望村民艰苦创业、奋勇前进。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时期此地属三十三都仙溪镇，民国时属辋川乡霞庄保。1949年冬，归入一区、十一区的霞庄乡；1952年，此地划入十四区，设吹楼乡。1958年并入超先公社，1961年政社分开，设辋川公社吹楼大队。1985年改为辋川乡吹楼村委会，1989年乡改镇。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年12月，村庄被确定为泉州市2019至2021年度市级「一村一品」专业村（乡镇），主导产业为火龙果。2022年10月，吹楼村经省级认定，列为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]
