地名由来[edit]
村名原为荔林。据传清乾隆帝南巡时曾驻跸陈鸣夏家中，见门额题有“荔林”二字，问知是村名，便说不如称居仁，村名由此改定。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
明清时期此地属二都良盘铺，民国时属辋川乡侯卿林。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
居仁提督衙建于清乾隆年间（1736年至1795年），坐北朝南，面积350平方米，由门厅、中厅与后厅组成，墙体为“出砖入石”结构，具闽南古建筑风格。[2]
提督衙的主人陈鸣夏，清雍正五年（1727年）中武进士，官至江南两广提督。府衙内尚存清乾隆时期的花岗岩石浮雕五幅，一方阴刻楷书“乐善好施”的辉绿岩石匾额，以及一方“曲水流觞”图案的石雕。[2]
