洋边村是福建省泉州市惠安县净峰镇下辖的行政村，位于镇东端，地处镇区，靠近净峰寺山脚[1]。村名由来：古时李、陈等姓村民迁居坑洋之旁，“洋”与“溪”“坑”方言同义，洋边即溪坑海滨之意[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

明清时期此地在三十一都山前铺之内，民国时期为净峰乡的净西保[1]。1949年冬起先后归第三区、第四区，后划入东岭区净西乡[1]。1958年归飞跃公社，1961年另设洋边大队，1985年成为净峰乡洋边村委会，后随乡改镇[1]。

2024年1月，本村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」[1]。

名胜古迹[edit]

洋边金沙桥碑年代为中华民国，属近现代重要史迹及代表性建筑[1]。碑原立于金沙桥边，1995年迁至洋边王爷宫前的埕地[1]。
