屿头山村位于东桥镇西部，村域面积约2平方千米。村中的陈氏宗祠是「惠东暴动」指挥部旧址，为县级文物保护单位。[1][2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

清代此地属三十三都梅庄铺。因与他村同名，1981年改用现名。1985年改制为村委会。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

「惠东暴动」指挥部旧址即陈氏宗祠。宗祠始建于明永乐元年（1403年），现存为1998年重修的两进建筑，由门厅、天井、两廊与祀厅组成，建筑面积300平方米。1930年，“惠安暴动”的红二团以此祠为总部，部署进攻县城的作战方案。[3][4]
