彭城村在东岭镇，村名由来：古时刘氏村民从晋江上西大堡迁来建村，以刘氏一支的丁号“彭城”为村名[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
民国时此地属东岭乡的彭城保，明清时归三十一都黄坑铺管辖。解放后曾分属三区、四区和东岭区；1958年起先后隶属飞跃公社、东岭公社。1985年设立彭城村委会，归东岭乡；1989年乡改镇后，改称东岭镇彭城村委会[1]。
名胜古迹[edit]
彭城护海宫在港雅自然村，建筑面积200平方米，供奉海神妈祖，为县级文物保护单位[2]。
文化[edit]
2024年3月，彭城村被命名为「惠安县2023年度平安村（社区）」[1]。
