东埭村是东岭镇的村庄，原为海滩冲积地。许氏村民从晋江石龟迁来定居，围滩作埭，村子建在海埭东侧，因此得名东埭[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

1959年至1989年为东埭大队管理委员会，1990年至1995年为东埭村公所，1996年起为东埭村委会[1]。

名胜古迹[edit]

东埭龙江宫旧址在东埭自然村，清代始建，近年重修。宫为二进三开间的硬山式建筑，坐东南向西北[1]。

文化[edit]

2020年12月，东埭村被认定为「2020年泉州市中级版绿盈乡村」；2024年1月，被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」；2024年3月，被命名为「惠安县2023年度平安村（社区）」[1]。
