社坝村是涂寨镇下辖的行政村，与下社村、塔上村相邻，别名「灵山仙景」，面积1.34平方千米（据百度百科，未注明统计年份）。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的来历，据博雅地名网所载：村子西北有两座山，中间有一条鸡母石沟，是社坝溪的源头，故名社坝。[1]

据博雅地名网，明洪武九年（1376年），贡氏明公自张坂镇锦田村二房迁来此地建居。[1]

明清时此地属三十四都仙溪铺；民国时属奎山保。1949年冬，先后归一区、十一区的龙山乡管辖。1958年起归飞跃公社奎山大队；1961年，此地分出自立，成为涂寨公社下的社坝大队；1966年归入红星大队；1981年复从红星大队分出；1985年改为社坝村委会。[1]
