温厝村位于涂寨镇西部，东邻上村，北接灵山村，西与螺阳镇的工农村相接。村子由下店、卢厝、前湖等聚落合并而成。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的来历，据博雅地名网所载：唐朝末年，一支温姓人家从山西太原迁来此地定居，村因而得名温厝。[1]

解放后至1981年，此地隶属惠安县涂寨乡松林大队。1981年，松林大队分为两队：上村自然村另立为上村村；下店、卢厝、前湖与温厝四处聚落联合设村，即今温厝村。1984年成立温厝村委会。[1]
